Matcha Latte

Perfect for every morning and especially those lazy Sunday mornings as it's so quick and easy! Try your latte with any milk - our favourite is Soy!
Time 5 mins
What you’ll need for one serving:
  • ½ tsp Thea Matcha
  • Milk of choice – we used almond milk
  • 80-100mls of water
  • Sprinkle of Matcha for the top
  • Mug 
  • Whisk - we recommend the Thea frother or alternatively a small whisk will do
  • Measuring utensils or go rogue
Step 1: Whisk together the Matcha and water
Step 2: Once it’s fully whisked through add your milk
Step 3: Sprinkle some Matcha over the top and you’re done, ready to reap the benefits of steady energy throughout your day and not to mention all those antioxidants #feelthehealth.
Thea Tips:
  • Soy milk is my favourite and it’s a great source of protein – it provides a nutty flavour and brings out the matcha flavour better in my opinion.
  • You can eyeball the amount of water, it basically should just be enough to create a nice layer of froth and minimise splash-age. Around 2cm of water should be enough for any average cup.
  • Pour in your milk at an angle to keep that frothy layer #igworthy
