Returns & Refunds Policy

By placing a purchase with Thea you agree to the following terms and all other terms expressed on the site:

If you have a change of mind and would like cancel your order, please let us know via the contact form within 2 hours of purchase. However, if your order is processed but not sent, and you request a cancellation you will be liable for credit card processing fees if applicable. 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product (food or perishable goods) we do not provide a refund unless box and packages are unopen. We do not accept refunds for products that are open. 

The shipping costs associated with the return of the product is the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Thea unless product is faulty or damaged. 

The customer has a choice of an exchange or replacement to the amount originally purchased. Any discrepancies i.e. purchasing a more expensive product will need to be compensated by the customer.

We do not accept 'change of mind' refunds once the product has been opened and we do not have a 'money back guarantee' policy. We do not provide refunds if you did not get the desired outcome you wanted out of our products. If the product is damaged or faulty, then please get in touch with us. 

A written customer complaint must be sent to within three business days stating why the product must be returned/exchanged.
