Our highest-grade matchas' are complex in flavour and light in astringency. These are the youngest and first harvest leaves, highly coveted by tea connoisseurs and matcha purists.

Superior matcha is best enjoyed as a tea, to savour and appreciate the flavour in its entirety. We are now offering two from Kyoto (one is organic ) and another from Mie, in Japan.

Choose Superior if you want to taste matcha at it's highest quality as tea. Still enjoyable as lattes but with a lighter flavour due to the mixing of your choice of milk. We recommend to use in raw foods only to make your moneys worth.
