Shipping within NZ will be delivered by Aramex or Post Haste with signature required.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or private bags.
*Are there any additional charges for international orders?
International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. Taxes and duties are required to be paid by the purchaser (if any) and are not the responsibility of Thea.
Please check with your local customs authorities prior to placing your order if your shipment may attract duties/taxes as we cannot issue any refunds if these are unpaid.
Make sure someone is available to receive or collect your order as we cannot resend product free of charge outside of New Zealand in the case of your order returning to us.
How long will my order take to arrive?
It may take up to 24 - 48 working hours to process your order. Delivery times will be up to 2 working days. Rural, please allow an extra 2 working days. Your order will be delivered with Courier Post (non signature) or Aramex. We do try to get this out to you as soon as possible!
For International orders, it may take up to 24 - 48 hours to process your order and it will take 2-6 working days for express delivery with DHL Express/Fedex OR up to 21 working days for standard delivery through NZ International post.
If a product is out of stock, we will notify you. If you have pre-ordered product, we will let you know asap on any updates!
Will I get a tracking code?
As soon as your order has been processed, an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and a tracking code (if applicable) for orders.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
If you select standard shipping, we can not post to PO Boxes with NZ.
