We strive our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible with our warehouse partner. Here are some information about our shipping below:

Changes to your address: As our warehouse staff processes orders as soon as they come in, we will be unable to change your address once your order is dispatched. We recommend you check your address before placing an order or contacting the Post Haste to try and arrange a change in address once you receive your tracking number.

Tracking link: A signature required is default. All live tracking information will be sent from Starshipit on behalf of THEA so please ensure to check this link for live information. If your property has an authority to leave, and your parcel is missing we will not be able to process a claim. If the courier has left this without an authorised signature to leave, we will be able to process a claim if it is missing.

Parcel has gone missing? You can email us at hello@thea.co.nz with your order details and we will endeavour to help you and connect with the courier company. Otherwise we do recommend contacting Post Haste or NZ Post (Overseas) directly for an immediate response. 

Transit times: Transit times are estimates only, while most orders arrive on time, occasionally delays can occur due to factors outside of our control. Factors such as weather, customs, driver sicknesses, quarantine and other courier disruptions. I In these cases, we'll do our best to liaise with our courier partners to keep you updated.

Wholesale orders: We recommend all our wholesale customers place an order at least a week in advance to allow for unforseen circumstances and to get your order out to you as soon as possible. 

Free Shipping: Spend over $90NZD for free New Zealand local shipping or $150AUD for free Australian shipping. Free Shipping threshold is subjected to change at anytime without notice. Courier companies are constantly increasing a levy or postage costs, and we cannot absorb them indefinitely. 

Damaged or Incorrect items: Did your product arrive damaged or incorrect? Please email us at hello@thea.co.nz within 3 days with photos of the packaging and product, and we'll make it right. If it is incorrect, we'll send out the correct item and ask if you can return the incorrect order. If your order was sent to a wrong address, we will work with the couriers to get that retrieved first before sorting a replacement. The majority of the time, couriers are able to retrieve and deliver the next day. 

Pick up (Click & Collect): We are unable to provide a click and collect at this moment. 

Pre-Orders and Split Shipments: We will advise you estimated shipping times for any pre-orders. If you have placed an order that contains a pre-order and a stocked item, they will be held together and dispatched with the pre-order item has come back in stock. 

International orders: 

We only ship to NZ, Australia and the United States of America at this moment.

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. For the USA, duties are collected at checkout to ensure a smoother process. Taxes and duties are required to be paid by the purchaser (if any) and are not the responsibility of THEA. 

Please check with your local customs authorities prior to placing your order if your shipment may attract duties/taxes as we cannot issue any refunds if these are unpaid.

Make sure someone is available to receive or collect your order as we cannot resend product free of charge outside of New Zealand in the case of your order returning to us. 

We do not ship to PO Boxes or private bags.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on top of any public holidays. Our warehouse does try to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Out of stocks will have an affect on dispatch time. 

Deliveries are sent by Post Haste/Castle Parcel. For business premises, usually delivery is by 12 noon. 

DELIVERY FEES

Auckland : $6
North Island : $7
South Island : $7

TARGET TIME:

Auckland: Overnight - 2 business days. 
North Island (after dispatch): 1 to 2 working days
South Island (after dispatch): 2 to 3 working days. 

Allow extra time for rural deliveries. This could mean an extra 1 - 2 business days.

Free shipping on orders over $150 USD

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on top of any public holidays in New Zealand. Our warehouse does try to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Out of stocks will have an affect on dispatch time. Orders will automatically calculate any applicable duties/tariffs - We'll take care of the the tariffs on your behalf. 

Deliveries are sent by New Zealand Post - DPP. Tracking link will be provided in a separate email from Starshipit so you can follow it's journey.
