Have you thought about using matcha with your favourite weekend drink? It tastes like going on a tropical holiday with a splash of antioxidants.
INGREDIENTS
2 tsp Matcha
2 Tbsp sugar syrup of choice
60ml / 1/4c rum
250ml / 1c sparkling water
15ml / 1 Tbsp lime juice
GARNISH
Handful mint leaves - twist and bruise
Slice of lime
METHOD
Shake/mix up the ingredients! Stir in the mint leaves and add the sliced lime. Serve iced and strain leaves. Enjoy 🥂
