Unfortunately due to COVID, our transport partner Aramex is experiencing some delays. It briefly returned to normal services but since the peak hit, they have had an impact to staff.

The current delays are happening in Wellington, while Nelson, North Shore, Christchurch and Hamilton are experiencing minor delays.

If you selected NZ Post as your chosen carrier, they are also experiencing delays of up to 4 days in Wellington, 3 days in Waikato, Hawkes Bay and Palmerston North. Gisborne and East Coast are impacted due to the recent severe weather and road closures.
