Thea Matcha Oat Meal | @singh.monisha

The best gourmet Matcha oatmeal recipe that you have to try. Easy to make and packed full of healthy antioxidants, good fats and protein! This will make your day happier and full of energy (and feel fuller throughout the day).

 

 

Ingredients: 
1cup oats
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup soy milk
2tbsp raw agave
1/4cup nuts of your choice
I added pumpkin seeds, cashew nuts, blanched almonds
2tsp LSA powder
Few drops of Brazil nuts oil @vigourvitality
1/12 tsp matcha powder @thea.nz
1banana
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Coconut sugar (for caramalizing)


METHOD


Step 1. Mix matcha powder in a small bowl and whisk till mixed


Step 2. Add milk to your pan with oats and keep it in low flame stirring it continously.


Step 3. Once it starts getting thickening add matcha powder, Raw agave,Brazil oil and mix it well until combined


Step 4. Switch off the gas and add your nuts. At the same time you can caramelise your bananas as well.


Step 5. Once Oats are done transfer them to your bowl and decorate it with your banana and favourite fruit and edible flowers 🤗
