-
Measuring spoon
Step 1: Grab a glass, put the Matcha and around 80mls of water together whisking until all the matcha and water is combined and you get a beautiful frothy layer. ( See what we use to whisk here -*link to step by step page)
Step 2: Add your ice cubes and pour the remaining water, add a squeeze of lime or lemon
Step 3: Garnish with mint and add some of your favourite fruits, frozen or fresh and enjoy!
Thea tips
-
Make sure the glass is big enough for your whisk, a shorter and wider glass is the easiest pick.
-
Pour the rest of your water in on an angle to ensure the frothy layer stays in tact – you may need to skip the ice if you want a really good layer #igworthy
-
Fave combos – lemon and pomegranate and lime and strawberries – make sure you have the mint
-
To make a batch to fit a jug – use around 2-3 Tbsp. of Matcha with 1lt of water but of course add more or less to fit your taste! A little alcohol never hurt no one … we like vodka.

Feel free to make yourself a Matcha shot as well :P
