This has been the best way to keep our processes running smoothly. Shipping has increased 3-5 times during the 2024- 2025 period so by keeping shipping separate and at a flat rate, we are able to keep your matcha prices clear and transparent. It also means you can organise your own shipping or a mutually agreed pick up.

Yes we do. We prefer DHL. This requires custom pricing so please allow 1-2 extra days to process this. We need to know your exact purchasing amount as pricing is accounted for by weight and size.

If you prefer to organise your own international shipping that is also an option.

If you order at night, the order is likely to be packed and ready the next morning by 11am and potentially with the courier already. If we aren't able to contact the warehouse before this time, we will need you to return the product and we can send out the correct one.

If your product is out of stock, unfortunately it is likely awaiting repackaging or shipment from Japan. We recommend ordering from what's available. Or if you prefer further clarity and checks - which we welcome (we are not perfect). Then please feel free to contact your account manager to see if there's anything we can do.

Unfortunately we cannot swap retail sized product (50 and 100g) for the bulk price, as we have in the past due to rising costs. We hope you understand.

Unfortunately, we have had to stop this size due to resourcing limitations. If we are able to grow we are open to bringing this back. But until then, we have 50g, 100g, 500g and 1kg sizes available.
